You can also make this recipe with siete brand cassava flour tortillas.

You will just need 5 simple ingredients to make this super-delicious and yummy recipe. It only takes about 5 minutes to make it.
Tortillas are a favorite dish of all ages. if you have kids your kids will love it.
Almond Flour Tortilla Ingredients
This serving is for one individual
- 1 Almond Flour Tortilla
- 1 Pasture Raised egg
- A handful of organic Arugula
- 2 tablespoons of sheep’s or goat milk feta cheese – I buy fantastic greek sheep’s milk feta cheese @traderjoes
- 1 table Spoon of Italian Tomato Sauce (compliant tomato sauce – link bellow)

Quick Almond Flour Tortillas Direction
There are simple steps to making these quick almond flour tortillas with eggs.
Please cook eggs on medium-low heat.
Step 1. Add oil
Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a pan. It is important to note that please use the ceramic-coated non-toxic pan. Once the oil is hot, then add 1 pasture-raised egg with a little iodized sea salt.
You can make your eggs the way you like.
Step 2. Adding the Arugula
After like in 1-2 min arugula and feta cheese righ on top of the cooking egg. Continue the cooking process like for another minute or two.
Step 3. Spread tomato sauce on the almond flour tortilla
Spread about 1 tablespoon of Italian tomato sauce on the almond flour tortilla. Now put it on top of the eggs cheese and arugula and flip it right away.
Once you flip it fold it right away into half and cook on both sides for about 1-2 min.
Your favorite tortillas are ready to serve.
This serving is for 1 person and it takes about 5 min to make it.
It should be crispy. you can serve it with Italian tomato sauce and more feta on the side.
Why you should use Italian Tomato Sauce?
Because Italians peel and deseed their tomatoes and most lectins-toxins are in the seed and peel of tomatoes.
Why Sheep’s and Goat Milk Feta Cheese?
It is because American caws milk contains the lectin-like protein casein, a1. This protein is bad for digestion and the immune system. In addition, it causes other problems like leaky gut.
