This recipe of artichoke soup is so easy, you will need just 5 simple ingredients – frozen hearts of artichoke from Trader Joe’s, leeks, garlic, red onion, and Brussels sprouts.

- 4 Table Spoons of Olive oil
- 5 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Stalk of Leeks
- 1 Cup of Red Onion
- 1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Hearts of Artichokes
- 1 Cup of organic Brussel Sprouts
- 1 Cup of organic parsley + seasoning
- 2 1/4 teaspoons of iodized sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- and 2 dashes of cayenne-optional
Directions of Artichoke Soup Recipe
Step 1. Combine in Pan
Combine the olive oil, garlic, leeks, red onions, and Brussels sprouts in a pan.
Step 2. add the water
Add 5 cups of water to the pan. Once it starts boiling, then boil it for only 10 min.
Step 3. start seasoning
After 10 minutes of boiling, turn off the stove and start seasoning with 2 1/4 teaspoons of iodized sea salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and 2 dashes of cayenne-optional as per taste requirement.
Step 4. add the parsley
Add 1 cup of parsley to the mixture. This soup is ready to serve.
