- allulose or swerve natural sweetener

How to Make Delicious Avocado Chocolate Pudding?
The making of avocado chocolate pudding is super easy. Here is step by step video.
Step 1. Add Soft Avocado with Cacao Powder
Take 1 soft avocado cut into halves and pit out. After that, add 5 tablespoons of non-alkalized cacao powder( i use a nutiva’s brand)
Step 2. Add Sweetener and Pure Vanilla Extract
Add 3 full tablespoons of swerving or allulose natural sweetener and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
Step 3. Add Organic leafy Green Tea and Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in the mixture. Now add about 1/2 cup of organic leafy green tea – warm or filtered water.
Step 4. Blend all Ingredients
Blend all ingredients, then transfer pudding into a cup and put it in the freezer for 30-35 minutes.
Top the blended mixture with 2 tablespoons of organic frozen blueberries or in season fresh blueberries.
However, frozen goes a better option for more taste. Put in the freezer together for 30-35 minutes only.
