Homemade BERRY PARFAIT Recipe – Healthy Breakfast/Dessert Ideas

The BERRY PARFAIT Recipe is super quick and delicious breakfast – dessert idea. In this Breakfast recipe I used only simple ingredients to make your breakfast routine quick-easy – no cooking required and it so very much enjoyable + you get all the nutrients your body needs: Polyohenols – antioxidants – calcium – protein and fiber, in just one cup!

I was very excited when i came up with this polyphenol rich and antioxidant rich breakfast recipe, because it’s just so delicious and so simple for everyone. You can also make it in BPA free plastic cup and take it to work and have it later.  I get ingredients like goat milk yogurt, pistachios coconut flakes, cinnamon and frozen wild organic berries at Trader Joe’s. Mct oil and Nutivas non alkalized cacao from amazon.

Polyphenols are micronutrients found in certain plants and those are natural energy boosters and they provide many healing options.

This berry parfait dish is  definitely fits the bill, as it is featuring a healthy mix of pistachios, antioxidant rich spices like cinnamon and polyphenol rich cacao powder berries, MCT oil and goat milk yogurt or vegans cocojune or any other coconut milk yogurts.

In addition, the super delicious and polyphenol dish is the perfect light breakfast on mornings. The cup of goodness  is  perfect and  quick source of “pick-me-up” Energy!

you can use fresh organic blackberries raspberries and blueberries in season and in moderation..

Please see links bellow of compliant lectin free yogurts of goat milk, sheep’s milk and coconut milk yogurts. I use trader joe’s goat milk yogurt, when you add swerve sweetener it gets very delicious.

Berry Parfait Recipe: for 1 individual 

here is my quick recipe for you 🙂

  • 4 large table spoon of goat milk or coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 large tea spoon of sverwe – natural sweetener
  • 1 1/2 tbl spoon of pistachios – ( i love trader joe’s pistachios)
  • 1 table spoon of MCT oil – optional
  • 1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tea spoon of cacao ( non Alkalized I use nutivas brand )
  • 1 tbl spoon of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbl spoon of frozen or fresh wild organic blubbery’s or black berry’s

 

Direction of Lectin Free Healthy Breakfast Recipe:

Put all ingredients in one cup. Any size of coconut flakes can be used for the recipe. The super-delicious cup of goodness is ready to serve 🙂
