How To Make Dairy-Free Sugar Free Ice Cream – Ice Cubes?

 This is one of my favorite creations – and I promise you everyone in your family will love this recipe. Because it is serious delicious.  The best part is that it is so easy and quick.

The recipe has beneficial fats and polyphenol contents in dark chocolate and cacao powder. Here, I would like to tell you about polyphenols.

Polyphenols are micronutrients found in certain plants and those are incredible natural energy boosters and they provide many healing options. Polyphenols also feed good gut bacteria which is so important.
So, let’s start making wonderful easy chocolate ice cream cubes at home.

Ingredients of Chocolate Ice Cream Cubes:

 

a) 1 can of coconut cream or milk full fat – ( i love trader joe’s coconut cream or milk – only 2 ingredients coconut milk and water or coconut cream and water – and trader joe uses BPA free cans )

b) 1/2 cup of water

c) 1 bar of dark chocolate 72% or greater ( i use lilly’s brand  )

d ) 5 table spoons of non GMO Allulose or swerve sweetener

e) 2 Table spoon of non alkalized cacao powder (i love nutivas brand)

Directions: How to make Keto Chocolate Ice Cream Cubes

 

Step #1

  • Heat up coconut milk
  • Then add about ½ cup of water to the heated coconut cream or milk.
  • Add 1 bar of dark chocolate.
  • Add 5 tablespoons of natural sweetener allulose or swerve.
  • Steer until chocolate melts, but don’t boil.
  • Cool the mixture off for few min and pour mixture into the blender and add 2 full tablespoons of cacao powder.

Step# 2

  • Blend the mixture for 3 minutes.

Step# 3

  • Use BPA-free ice cube trays.
  • Makes 2, ½ trays of Chocolate ice cubes.
  • Freeze for about 3 hours.

 

How to Serve the Recipe?

Enjoy it by itself the way it is, or serve it with in season raspberries.
