Mix all ingredients in one bowl:
- 3 cups of organic spring mix
- 1 can of EDEN or Jovial beans

- 4 tbl spoon of high quality olive oil
- 1 tea spoon of black paper
- juice of 1/2 large lemon – or 1 small lemon
