Lectin-Free Grain Free Crackers with Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Appetizer

These Grain Free Crackers are one of my favorite creations that I’m proud to share with you, my dear friends!! Everyone who tasted it was so pleased and curious about the recipe.
It looks beautiful and it is so delicious and easy to make,  you will surprise your friends and family. Decorate your table with this beautiful lectin free appetizer.

Grain-free crackers with wild-caught Alaskan salmon is a healthy combination of tastes and beautiful colors. In addition, the grain free crackers recipe is easy to make and it is perfect for your healthy lifestyle, perfect for everyones diet either you are on lectin gluten free lifestyle or paleo.

The food crackers with Alaskan salmon salad – serve as an appetizer for friend gatherings. The recipe has healthy nutrients that everyone loves to eat. These crackers are great with butter or cheese, but please have in moderation.

Appetizing Recipe of Food Grain-free Crackers

You need to accomplish two steps for this recipe. Follow the steps and enjoy your cooking 🙂

Step #1

Make Crackers –

It is very easy to make and you can have these crackers with cheese butter soups and salads.

In one big bowl mix

  • 1 1 /4 cups of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of millet flour, ( if you don’t have millet flour skip it).
  • 1/2 tapioca flour.
  • 1 teaspoon of iodized sea salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Mix all together very well with spoon – line parchment paper on the baking sheet
    scoop out one table spoon of dough and place on the backing sheet, flatten with fork, give it a shape like a cookie.
  • Bake for 25-30 min @ 350 until slightly golden – let it cool

Step #2

Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Salad

Mix in one bowl of the following ingredients.

  • One Can of Wild Caught Alaska Salmon – I buy it from trader Joe’s – or you can use baked wild caught alaskan salmon.
  • One small shallot – cut into small pcs
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro
  • 1/2 cup of arugula ( you can also skip arugula still delicious)
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil season to taste – with about 1/2 teaspoon of iodized sea salt and about 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • 1/2 lemon juice, dash of  Cayenne pepper for spice, and mix very well.
  • when serving top it with 1 tea spoon of Italian tomato sauce


How to make the Lectin Free Appetizer ?

All you need to follow my steps from starting till the end.

  1. Make gluten-free crackers following the above-mentioned steps.
  2. The crackers are wonderful to use with butter cheese and salads.
  3. Bake the food grain-free crackers for 25-30 minutes at 350.
  4. Prepare the trader joe’s canned wild-caught Alaskan salmon from the above-mentioned ingredients.
  5. Put the Alaskan salmon salad on the baked crackers and decorate with 1 tea spoon of complaint Italian tomato sauce
  6. The recipe is ready to serve.


Serve the recipe as it’s shown in this video;

Now use about one small teaspoon of Italian tomato sauce –

Why Italian? because Italians always peal and deseed their tomatoes – that why we will avoid lectins anti-nutrients.
