How to Make Mushroom Coffee [MCT]
Step 1. Put all ingredients in one cup
- 1/2 teaspoon of a mushroom blend – (i use 7 sacred mushroom blend)
- 1/2 teaspoon of non-alkalized – unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of MCT oil or MCT powder
- 2 tablespoons of boiled water and blend with frother
If you are using Sweetener then use Allulose NON-GMO which acts as a functional prebiotic.
Step 2. Make coffee
- Make your coffee and pour over this mixture
- The mushroom coffee is ready to serve. Enjoy the taste of coffee and abundance of nutrients.
Choose 7 Scared Mushroom Blend
I suggest you choose 7 sacred mushroom blends as it has a chocolaty taste I take this coffee to work using my favorite tumbler.
Once I am about to finish drinking this coffee at work, I add little more hot water in it that keeps me satisfied and fast for longer.
