Korean Yam & Olive Potato Salad Recipe:
Ingredients of Korean Yam Salad Recipe:
1 Baked or Boiled Koren Yam – Cut into Small Pcs
1 1/2 Cup of Organic Arugula
4 tbsp. of high-quality extra virgin olive oil
Iodized sea salt just to taste
2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp. spoon of goat cheese
12 olives preferably green or yellow olives without pit of possible
Bake or boil your Korean Yam and then cut it into equally small pieces and place it in a bowl.
After that add, one and a half cups of arugula, 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar, iodized seal salt, extra virgin olive oil and mix it very well
Top it with olives and goat cheese.
