Millet Grain Dinner Recipe With Cruciferous Veggies Cheese and Pomegranate Molasses  Recipe, An amazing combo. Yeah, sounds delicious!

    So, Today I am here to make you love millet even more with my delicious Millet Veggies Cheese Recipe with Broccoli and Brussels sprouts drizzled with pomegranate molasses

Ingredients of Millet Grain Recipe:

  • ¾ cup of Millet grain
  • 6 cups of water
  • One cup of Brussels sprouts
  • One and a half cups of broccoli
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbs of ships or goat milk cheese
  • Pomegranate molasses


Method of Millet Veggies Cheese Recipe:

Step# 1

To prepare Millet grain, Add 6 cups of water to a pot bring ti boil and add  ¾ cup of Millet grain. And boil it for about 20 minutes on a medium flame. While Millet is boiling start cooking broccoli and Brussel Sprouts

Step# 2

Now cut 1 cup of the Brussel sprouts in 4 pcs ,  boil it for 3 min.  At this time, cut 1 1/5 cup of Broccoli into small pieces , and start boiling it in the same pot with Brussel sprouts for 5 minutes.  After that drain vegetables and keep it aside.

Step# 3

Once millet is ready, rinse in cold water to wash away any starch and to make it loose. Because starch makes it sticky. Then season millet with 1 tea spoon iodized sea salt, 4 tbl spoon of high quality extra virgin olive oil 1 1/2 fresh lemon juice and mix well

Step# 4 

Then combine millet Brussels sprouts and broccoli in one pot, – season vegetables as well with 1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt, 4 tbl spoon of extra virgin olive oil and mix all together very well, taste it , and see if you need to add more salt

Put it on medium heat for 3 minutes until it’s hot for serving, serve it for each person with 2 tbl spoon of hard goat or ships milk cheese, like pecorino romano, parmesan, manchego cheeses, and drizzle with pomegranate molasses .

Pomegranate molasses- gives amazing flavor, it is so truly delicious, i use it with other recipes also just amazing, please try it and you will love it forever.
