How to Make Millet Pasta with Pesto?
Follow the steps and enjoy the making of a nutritious, healthy, and gluten-lectin-free recipe.
Step #1. prepare the millet shell (or any other shape of millet pasta)
Step #2. while millet pasta is cooking start preparing the pesto from the above recipe
Step#3 The third step is once the pasta is ready, I always rinse it in cold water to make pasta loose and to separate pasta from each other, and wash away any starch – then put it back to pan season with olive oil, iodized sea salt and heat it up just for 2-3 min until hot.
Step#4 Serve pasta hot topped with pesto and sheep’s milk feta cheese – cheese is optional If you are vegan just skip the cheese part and it tastes great without cheese as well.
Where to buy it?
You can easily buy the sheep’s milk feta dodoni brand that sell in Costco and at trader’s joe’s they have great sheep’s milk cheese.
