Mitochondrial uncoupler recipe salad – meal, uncouplers such as dark-colored polyphenol-rich vegetable ingredients such as purple potato, kalamata olives, balsamic vinegar, arugula and goat cheese. Each ingredient is polyphenol rich – each is ingredient is mitochondrial uncoupler.
Purple potatoes also called sweet potatoes and yams.
The goat cheese contains MCT oil, olive oil, arugula, and red onions. All these substances have outstanding combinations in purple potato salad.
I came up with this idea after reading “Unlocking the keto code book by dr Gundry got inspired and came up with this Purple Potato Salad recipe with Goat Cheese. I already have lots of ideas about what to create next.

Importance of Purple Sweet Potato Salad Ingredients
Each ingredient has polyphenol and antioxidant-rich properties. As we know, as more polyphenols, we eat as more we uncouple mitochondria.
In addition, balsamic vinegar contains anti-aging polyphenol “Resveratrol”. Moving forward, red onion, kalamata olives, olive oil, and arugula are packed with polyphenols.
Each ingredient is a mitochondrial uncoupler.
So, this purple potato yam salad with egg is packed with fully healthier nutrients that the body needs.
Ingredients for Purple Potato Salad Recipe
this serving is for 2 individuals
- 1 baked or boiled purple potato
- About 3 cups of organic arugula
- 3 tablespoons of thinly sliced red onion
- 10 kalamata olives
- 3-4 TBL spoons of goat or sheep’s milk feta cheese or creamy chèvre goat cheese from trader joe’s.
I buy all goat and sheep’s cheese at trader joe’s.
For seasoning
- 2 TBL spoon of balsamic vinegar
- 4 TBL spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of iodized sea salt
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
Please note
Bake or boil purple potato on Sundays and keep it in an airtight container. So, you could make this purple potato salad easily on any day of the week in minutes.

Once the purple potato is boiled or baked it takes only 5 minutes to make this polyphenol-rich salad.
Step 1. combine all vegetables
In one big bowl combine all vegetables such as arugula, purple potato, red onions, and kalamata olives.
Step 2. Seasoning
Season the mixture with iodized sea salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
Mix well and serve with sprinkled feta or creamy goat or sheep’s milk cheese.
