I mostly make the Wild Caught Salmon With Sorghum dish once a week. However, I call this wild caught salmon recipe Friday’s special dish, because, on Fridays, I do not have to think of other dishes to make on this day.
The dish is served as lectin free dinner. The super delicious hot dish is rich with nutrients and so flavorful and satisfying.

Wild Caught Salmon 5 Ingredients
- Sorghum
- Red onion
- Organic cilantro
- Wild Alaskan salmon
- Italian Tomato Sauce
You just need 5 ingredients to make the dinner recipe. The lectin-free wild caught Alaskan salmon with sorghum grain is not only gluten-free but also healthy and nutritious.
Lectin Free Dinner Recipe Method
The making of a super-delicious and mouth-watering dish is super quick and easy. Follow the instructions as instructed in the video. You can also watch the video here;
Step #1 Prepare the sorghum
Prepare 3/4 cup of sorghum as it says on the packaging. I boil my sorghum for about 60 minutes for my convivence. You can order it on Amazon. Otherwise, it is hard to find in stores
Step #2 Cut the Onion
Cut 1 red onion into small square pieces. After cutting the onion, sauté for 3 min in avocado or olive oil.
Step #3 add the Alaskan salmon
Add 2 cans of canned Wild Alaskan Salmon (sold in Trader Joe’s) or oven-backed wild-caught Alaskan salmon is even better.
I often make it with baked salmon. You can use any of them as both ways are great and have fantastic taste.
Step #4 Add Italian Tomato Sauce
Add 1/2 cup of Italian Tomato Sauce like Luccini brand or any Italian brand.
because only Italians peel and deseed their tomatoes, to avoid lectins the anti nutrients.
Important note;
Bellow are compliant Italian tomato sauce from the great Italian brand to avoid consuming the lectins.
Step #5 add the organic cilantro
The Last step is to add 1 full cup of organic cilantro to the mixture.
Seasoning
Season the super-delicious dish with iodized sea salt, cayenne pepper for spice to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of organic chili powder.
Serving
Serve the dish as hot. Put salmon over sorghum and enjoy. The dish is so yummy tasty and very satisfying.
